Vinece has been a Real Estate sales Broker and property manager since 2004 winning awards as “Most Improved Agent” and “Agent of the Year”  With a family of builders and developers she has vast experience in both! As a lifelong resident of Seattle’s Leschi/Mt. Baker/Seward Park neighborhood she brings a wealth of information about the Seattle Metro area and beyond to all of her clients. Vinece studied business in college and uses that knowledge combined with her years of real estate experience to help her clients understand the purchase and/or rental markets.
